At BLONDED, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
